Ms. Cherry is a compassionate coach who believes people develop into their fullest potential within life-affirming relationships and those relationships can inspire lifelong transformations. Ms. Cherry coaches her clients to see their truth, broaden their perspectives, and make courageous choices that transform their goals and dreams into experience and reality.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Cherry worked as an independent coach serving leaders from underrepresented groups in redefining success with purpose, fulfillment, and impact. She is also an experienced advisor, strategist, and mentor in collegiate and corporate spaces.

Ms. Cherry began her career developing marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 financial services companies. After a decade of working as a marketer, she shifted her professional work from a successful career in marketing and product strategy into her purposeful calling focused on people strategy.

Ms. Cherry earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also completed training at The Coaches Training Institute, an ICF accredited coach training organization.
