Manuel joined the firm in May 2021 and assumed since December (of the same year) the Professional Search business unit, leading the team and responding for the results of Peru in the region.
Manuel has been working for 13 years in projects related to human talent management in consulting projects, digital hubs for Assessments / Development (L&D) and head hunting services for major companies in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Brazil.
Manuel has had experience leading regional teams including countries such as Chile, Peru, Colombia and Brazil. He has specialized in reading behavioral and emotional intelligence (soft skills) trends.
Manuel has focused on General Industrial Practices (Mining, O&G and Energy), developing his career in consulting projects in the Peruvian market.
Manuel studied Communication Sciences at the University of Lima, Peru. He has a certification in reading Behavioral Tendencies and Emotional Intelligence validated by the College of Psychologists of London
In terms of languages, he is native in Spanish, intermediate in English.
