He is a recognized industry expert with twenty years’ experience in executive search and twenty-four years in Corporate and Investment Banking, and Capital Markets.

Throughout his long career Manoel has supported local, regional and multinational corporations to identify, recruit and retain CEOs, Board Members and other C-level executives and to design succession plans that support corporate strategy and boost financial performance.

He works with the world’s leading banks and insurance firms, as well as investment funds and their portfolio companies, who appreciate his unrivalled expertise, relentless focus on delivering results and his dedication to providing an impeccable client and candidate experience.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Manoel was Managing Partner of the Financial Services and Private Equity practices at another leading global executive search firm.

He began his career in the banking sector where he held a number of leadership roles including head of the multinational client business for Bank of America in Argentina, Brazil and Chile, President & CEO of Continental Banco S.A. and General Director of Banco Rio de la Plata in Brazil.

Mr. Rebello, has served on the boards and committees of some of Brazil’s largest and most-admired companies and organizations, such as Perdigão (now BRF), Hospital São Luiz (now Rede D’Or), Embraer and Pinacoteca de São Paulo, the Brazilian Art Museum of São Paulo.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo – Fundação  Getúlio  Vargas,  and  an  MBA  from  the same school,  EAESP - FGV, São Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in English Portuguese and Spanish, and communicates in Italian.
