Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Maggie worked at a UK-based executive search firm, where she led the global functions practice in APAC region. Before that, she spent over 11 years as the Business Leader for another Pan-Asian executive search firm, executing executive mandates at the commercial and functional leadership levels across the Financial Services, Consumer, and Industrial sectors.

Prior to her consulting career, Maggie worked as a Management Trainee at IATA in Montreal, Canada, where she was involved in sales and business development.

Maggie speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She graduated from Concordia University in Canada with a bachelor's degree in finance.
