During 16 years Mr. Schwinn supported companies residing in Switzerland bringing on board some of the best talents form the external market. His focus were senior executive leadership positions across the entire spectrum of the pharma, biotech and medical devices value chains. Mr. Schwinn also performed numerous strategic management assessments and contributed to international leadership and talent development programs for key clients.

Before joining KornFerry Mr. Schwinn was the Managing Partner of an international executive search boutique heading their Swiss operation. Prior to that Mr. Schwinn led the fast-growth operations of 2 renowned global pharmaceuticals firms in Russia / CIS as the Managing Director. He established the first Western JV for the manufacturing of vaccines in Russia.

Today Mr. Schwinn is leading some of KornFerry's strategic client partnerships in the pharmaceuticals sector as the Account Director. 

Mr. Schwinn holds a master's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

He is fluent in German, English with working knowledge in French, Italian and Russian.
