Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. González was the partner in charge of Financial Services at a Spanish boutique dedicated to talent management and talent acquisition. She started her career in the executive search industry at a global search firm, where she worked initially in Madrid and later in the London office. Before moving into the talent management industry, she worked for two leading financial institutions in the UK; Deutsche Bank and at The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Ms. González has a bachelor’s in business administration from the Universidad de la Coruña and masters of science in international finance and accounting from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh (UK). She is a Lecturer of the Executive Masters in Finance at Instituto de Empresa Business School (I.E.).

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
