Ms. Scanlon is a driven, enterprising client services professional with a successful track record in relationship and program management. She partners with clients to design solutions that will help them attract, retain and motivate employees, enabling their business, organization and people to perform and grow.
Her background includes account management and execution, stakeholder interviews, qualitative data collection and analysis, collaborative recommendation creation, workshop facilitation, and coaching.
Ms. Scanlon brings 10+ years of experience in organizational and talent strategy. She has broad experience in sales strategy and organizational effectiveness but her areas of expertise include: sales compensation assessment and design, job role design, building a customer-centric organizational model and culture, behavioral economics, leadership development, competency modeling, Voice of the Customer programs, and building and launching assessments for hiring and development purposes.
Ms. Scanlon has worked with Fortune 500 and national nonprofits across industries including: manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit/NGOs, transportation, professional services, and construction.
Ms. Scanlon earned her master's degree in business administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and bachelor's degrees in History and International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA.
She is a certified Clifton Strengths coach.
