Liana is a Principal supporting the firm’s Organisational Strategy capability with a particular focus on Culture, Change and Communications. Based in London, she brings extensive cross-sector experience, collaborating with clients across EMEA to design and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that tackle complex people challenges.
Throughout her career, Liana has empowered organisations to shape and foster cultures that enable their strategic goals. She is skilled in assessing readiness for change, mitigating potential blockers, and promoting collective team success through a shared understanding of diversity and collaboration. Her approach not only enhances organisational culture but also drives sustainable change.
Having begun her career in the healthcare industry, Liana adopts a people-centred approach to her work, grounded in genuine care and interest in others.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Liana worked at a boutique consultancy where she leveraged insights from data-led assessments and psychometrics to drive behaviour and culture change, with a particular focus on leadership capabilities and the critical role leaders play in transformations.
Earlier in her career, Liana worked with a consultancy specialising in employee listening strategies. In this role, she worked to ensure all voices within an organisation were heard, partnering with clients to enhance and sustain positive employee engagement and experience.
Liana holds a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London. She is also passionate about the future of work and has published a paper exploring the effects of workplace isolation and loneliness on well-being.
