With over 25 years’ experience in talent acquisition, Ms. Burnett has held leadership positions within global Consulting and Life Sciences organizations for more than 20 years. She has specialized in the Life Sciences sector for over 10 years.  

At Korn Ferry she leads a portfolio of global RPO solutions, including Takeda, Sanofi, Astra Zeneca and Ambu. She oversees global teams of over 250 delivering over 10,000 permanent hires per year for her clients.

Ms. Burnett brings over 2 decades of expertise in Strategic Talent Acquisition, Outsourcing, Recruiting and Executive Search. 

She has previously managed the EMEA Talent Acquisition organization for a Fortune 150 Life Sciences organization as an in-house Talent Acquisition Director.

Her outsourcing experience prior to joining Korn Ferry includes over 5 years with another RPO provider where she had strategic and operational responsibility for outsourced solutions across EMEA within Life Sciences, Professional Services and Financial Services clients. 

Ms. Burnett holds a Bachelor’s degree from Leeds Beckett University.
