With seven years of experience in the executive recruiting industry prior to joining Lucas Group, Lauren Berkstresser uses her incredible business development acumen to recruit and partner with companies who can benefit from interim accounting and finance support provided by exceptional candidates.

Since coming on board with Lucas Group in 2012, Lauren has been an integral part of the team, consistently exceeding goals and expectations and making strategic, mutually-beneficial placements. Throughout her tenure with the company, she has been promoted multiple times leading to her position as Contract Practice Manager and has been named to the President’s Club several years in a row as well as has earned Platinum Elite, which is awarded to the top 20 recruiters in the organization. In her role as Contract Practice Manager, Lauren manages a growing team of recruiters in the Denver office while also running a full desk, meeting the complex and challenging needs of her clients and candidates.

A natural at networking, Lauren enjoys constantly finding new clients to work with while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Her relationship-building abilities and positive attitude allow her to stay ahead of her competitors and consistently secure new business and client prospects. Finding the right talent to fulfill a company’s project needs while helping candidates find jobs is what motivates Lauren to continue to excel in her profession. While Lauren’s tenacity and determination are evident by her impressive career history, her personable demeanor and honesty keep her clients coming back for her recruiting services.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder – Leeds School of Business, where she received a BS in Marketing. When away from the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two children, skiing, golfing and traveling with her husband.
