Kristin

Hibler, Ph.D.

Associate Client Partner

Kristin is passionate about helping leaders thrive and create inclusive cultures where others can also thrive. As an executive coach, seasoned facilitator, and strategic advisor, she has partnered with 100s of organizations in over 20 countries to help their leaders achieve lasting behavior change with long-term organizational impact.

She is attentive to the ways that culture shapes our most deeply held values and behaviors. She uses this intercultural lens to help leaders uncover the invisible forces that shape their thinking.

As a student of improvisational theater, Kristin strives to bring the traits improvisers embody—mindful listening, agility, and radical presence—to her facilitation, coaching, and client engagements. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her deeply collaborative approach.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she ran global leadership development for a large International NGO; led diversity consulting for a VC-funded eLearning startup; and headed learning and development for a large Head Start grantee.

Ms. Hibler holds a doctorate in intercultural communication from Arizona State University, an MA in speech communication from the University of Washington, and a BA in East Asian studies from the University of Colorado. She is an ICF PCC certified coach, and she completed a coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University.

Additionally, she is certified to administer the Hogan Suite; the intercultural assessments GlobeSmart Profile, Global Competencies Inventory, and the Intercultural Development Inventory; and a number of Korn Ferry Assessments including The Inclusive Leader, KFLS, KFALP, KF360, KFLA and Styles and Climate.

When she is not running a global workshop, coaching leaders, or attending an improv class, you can find her running, hiking or skiing the wooded trails of the Pacific Northwest.
