Managing Director, Financial Services
Kevin is Korn Ferry’s Managing Director – Financial Services – Interim Solutions. Kevin is a Professional Services and Executive Search Executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked for both privately-held start-ups and multi-billion publicly traded companies.
As Managing Director, Kevin leads the business development and practice management teams to deliver outstanding solutions to clients. He routinely works with Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Risk, Audit and Compliance functions within the Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Insurance sectors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Interim, Kevin spent more than four years at LHH Knightsbridge. He established the financial services Interim practice and worked with middle market banks, asset managers and insurance companies. Kevin started his career in the talent business at a privately-held organization that was eventually acquired by Randstad Technologies. Prior to this, Kevin was a technology professional and led development projects in a wide range of sectors, including financial services.
Kevin earned a diploma in software development from Herzing College and an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University.
