His background in leadership goes back to 2006 when Kevin was promoted to take over the Miami office for a national Accounting/Finance recruiting organization. In short time his role expanded to managing the entire Florida region with 6 offices and upwards of 20 Recruiters reporting to him. Kevin’s natural leadership qualities and passion for teaching/training was recognized and the Florida region became the fastest growing team in the country prior to the company being acquired by private equity in 2006. In 2007 Kevin was recruited by a publicly traded multibillion dollar staffing organization to assist in rebuilding their Fort Lauderdale office.

In a short time, he successfully built the highest producing team in the state of Florida and was then asked to build a new vertical that was being rolled out only in 2 offices in the country. While leadership has always come natural, Kevin has always been a producing manager and is truly passionate about continuing to “do the business”.  

Kevin has a genuine approach to his business. He builds deep, long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. With 15 years’ experience in the South Florida market, Kevin has worked with a wide variety of clients in multiple industries but always focused in Finance & Accounting. 

Kevin was born and raised in New York and relocated to South Florida to complete his bachelor's degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He is a father to four amazing children, two girls and two boys. Both of Kevn’s daughters attended University of Kentucky so he has adopted the Wildcat blood. Outside of work Kevin is an active athlete and very committed to the youth sports community in his city of Coral Springs. His two boys are multi-sport travel ball athletes in Baseball, Soccer, and Lacrosse. Kevin’s passion for competition started through sports and has been the driving force throughout his career in recruiting.
