He serves a range of clients across the U.S. that include consumer and commercial banks, wealth managers, non-bank lenders, fintech's and payments companies.

Keech has worked with numerous leadership teams and boards to fill talent gaps across all roles and functions. He supports his clients’ value creation and transformation efforts in helping them hire exceptional talent.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Keech was a Senior Analyst for a research firm that served institutional investors.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Colgate University with a minor in French and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. degree from The New York University Stern School of Business.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Keech lives in New York City. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Alumni Association for Gilman School.
