Ms. Romanowicz advises private equity funds and alternative asset managers on senior hires including Investment Professionals, Operating Partners and Investor Relations Professionals.

Ms. Romanowicz also supports financial sponsors through enhancing and assessing leadership in portfolio companies in pre and post deal situations to ensure alignment between talent, strategy and value creation objectives. This includes Chairman, Non-Executive Director and C-suite level appointments.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Romanowicz worked for a boutique executive search firm where she helped to grow the private equity practice, working with strategy consulting firms and institutional investors on a global basis and led the firm’s initiatives in diversity. She previously worked as a Consultant for the United Nations, and was based in New York, Warsaw and Dubai.

Ms. Romanowicz holds a masters of arts degree in Geography from the University of St. Andrews and a master of science degree in Urbanisation and Development from the London School of Economics.

Ms. Romanowicz serves as part of the Junior Achievement of Great Miami Young Professionals Board of Directors. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Miami.

She speaks fluent Polish.
