Katarzyna Grajda joined Korn Ferry Poland in 1997. Today, as Senior Client Partner, Katarzyna Grajda leads Warsaw's Life Science and Consumer Goods practices.

Ms. Grajda strives for perfection, the highest quality of service and professional support to her clients was recognized in 2005 when she was granted the Firm's 'Excellence in Client Satisfaction, Europe Global Life Science' award. Throughout the years, she has cooperated with many of the most important local market players, as well as international blue chips.

Ms. Grajda concentrates on projects related to senior position searches including general management, marketing, sales, finance, human resources, governmental and public affairs, and media management.

She also takes an active part in the activities of Korn Ferry's Leadership and Talent Consulting practice, with focus on talent management and management assessment.

Before joining Korn Ferry in 1997, Ms. Grajda's professional consulting experience was in the area of advertised selection.

Ms. Grajda holds a master's of business administration degree in human resource management as well as a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Polish Open University of Business and Management. She speaks fluent Polish and English.
