She has developed and implemented integrated job frameworks and performance management solutions for large companies. Her strength is the design and implementation of integrated and effective solutions in sensitive political environments ensuring the best performance of people and the organization.
Mrs. Visser is a top global expert in the work analysis and organization benchmarking area. She analyzed and evaluated a wide range of jobs and functional or business units for multinational companies.
She led the Korn Ferry on line work management practices globally for several years.
Mrs. Visser has expertise and experience in organizational diagnosis and design, process and accountability mapping, job analysis and job evaluation, competency management, performance management and clarification of management team roles and (top) team.
She had a leading role in the development of work measurement software and online and blended training. She has done research and product development for a range of subjects over the years.
As a member of the Korn Ferry Institute, Mrs. Visser spends most of her time in research and IP development, focused on innovative online client solutions in effective management of work and people.
Mrs. Visser has a master's level sociology degree with a major in organization sociology and technology from the University of Rotterdam and the Carleton University in Ottawa. She followed internal and external training regarding organizational analysis and design, strategy implementation, and diverse subjects in human resources, business acumen and financials. Before joining Korn Ferry she worked in several HR and project management roles in a diverse range of organizations.
Mrs. Visser is fluent in English and is a native Dutch speaker. She has a proficient level in German and French.
