Since joining Korn Ferry in 2004, Mr. Ripley has participated in numerous senior executive-level assignments across multiple industrial sectors such as engineered components and systems, capital equipment, materials, packaging and services. He has conducted assignments for chief executive officers, group executives, chief financial officers, general managers, and functional heads of operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, engineering, strategy and corporate development.

Mr. Ripley has a strong track record of leading executive search and consulting engagements for both privately held and publicly traded companies, many of which operate globally with multiple business divisions serving diverse end markets.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ripley was a member of the board and chief executive officer practice in the Chicago office of another global management search firm.

Mr. Ripley earned a bachelor's degree with concentrations in business and economics from Wheaton College.
