Mr. Takinami helps clients through a number of different services and solutions, namely organization transformation, leadership assessment, development, and coaching, strategic workforce planning, globalization support, development of operating model and organization design, cross border, mergers and acquisitions, transformation support, leadership transformation, and headcount optimization.

Mr. Takinami has worked with clients from a number of different sectors including pharmaceutical, fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, financial, and retail.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Takinami worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Principal. He obtained an MBA from UCLA Anderson School, a Master of Engineering in Applied Systems Science from Kyoto University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Precision Mechanics from Kyoto University.
