Julie joined Korn Ferry in 2018 (KF acquired Lucas Group in 2021) in the Finance & Accounting practice. Partnering with clients of all sizes ranging from startups, Private Equity, and Fortune 100 companies, she sources high caliber finance & accounting talent to fill critical roles. As a Managing Consultant, Julie enjoys having the opportunity to change a candidate’s life while adding value to a client’s team. Diligent and high energy, she has watched her clients and candidates grow over the years, and they continue to return to her for her impeccable service.
With unparalleled longevity and tenacity in the recruiting industry, Julie has thrived year after year through both recessions and strong job markets. During her 15-year tenure at Robert Half, she helped her clients and candidates achieve their goals, was a trusted advisor to both parties, and earned multiple Milestone recognition awards. Julie’s solid understanding of the industry as well as her extensive experience in recruiting allow her to consistently make long-term matches.
An avid scuba diver and amateur underwater photographer, Julie is always planning her next diving adventure to be up close and personal with sharks, mantas, and more. She is a Volunteer Scuba Janitor at the Cincinnati Zoo for the manatee, hippo, and penguin exhibits since 2012. Most recently, she also a Volunteer Diver for the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium in the stingray and shark tanks. Julie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
