Mr. Lee carries his experiences in a wide scope of organization and HR practices at consulting firms, a law firm as well as at the enterprise corporations.

After his multi year experience in HR consulting firms such as Nemo Partners HCG and Deloitte, Mr. Lee has joined KIM & CHANG as the co-founding member of its HR Consulting Team where he grew the business serving Korean conglomerates as well as multinational companies. Mr. Lee carries ample experience in leading multiple projects as a Project Director.

Besides his consulting experience, Mr. Lee also worked for the enterprise corporations at LG, SPC and Hwaseung Group.

Mr. Lee earned a master’s degree of International Commerce from Korea University Graduate School of International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Korea University.
