John's focus is on deepening and growing client relationships, leading a diverse team and driving the execution of projects across a wide variety of technology segments including Software, Systems, Services, Communications, IoT and Private Equity.

Prior to his current position, John was a Senior Client Partner within Korn Ferry's Technology Executive Search practice where his clients ranged from emerging growth organizations to global, public companies.

Before joining Korn Ferry, John was a Partner and a member of the executive committee with Howard Fischer Associates. Also, he worked for Heidrick & Struggles, where as an associate in the Technology Practice, he completed searches for emerging growth companies.

Earlier in his career, he was an executive recruiter for Capital One Financial. During this time, Capital One grew from a small regional bankcard operation into one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the world.

Following graduation from Hampden-Sydney, John served as Assistant Dean of Admissions. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he is a former Board Member for PhillyCarShare; a non-for-profit organization dedicated providing community-based car sharing in the Philadelphia area.

Mr. Kuper graduated from Hampden Sydney College and earned a Bachelor Arts, Psychology.
