Mr. White is an experienced executive in the telecommunication and software industries and has successfully led over 100 talent acquisition, talent development and culture-building engagements.  He is a core member of the Global Technology Markets segment with an industry focus on Software, Data Center, Telecommunications and IT Services companies.  Additionally, he leads Korn Ferry's CCO / Customer Success and Experience practice.

In addition to his search experience, he has 20 years experience as an operator in both public and private equity backed companies.  He has previously served as the CEO of communications software company NetSocket and has served in executive and General Manager roles at IBM, AT&T/Avaya, as well as President of the competitive intelligence firm CPI.

Mr. White is a graduate of Duke University with a dual major in both computer science and philosophy and earned an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
