He has a proven track record delivering and leading Organization, Leadership Development and Supply Chain transformation initiatives. Jim recently was engagement leader for an Industrial Company going through large-scale growth and supported transforming the operating model, organizational design, functional capability enhancements, culture, communications and change management. He supported reimagination, design and implementation efforts at the direction of the CEO and Executive team. While working in industry, he owned Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and lead a variety of business improvement projects.

Jim has extensive experience influencing commercial change and leading collaboration across a broad base of roles and business functions. He has developed a unique ability to cultivate a trust-based culture while improving business performance. Mr. Albrecht is skilled at managing continuous improvement across people in parallel with fit-for-purpose processes and technology that drive organizational efficiency and workflow improvements anchored in analytical problem solving, adaptability and agility.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Albrecht has built his operating model, supply chain and project management skillsets over ten years of consulting for one of the world’s largest management consulting firms and over five years as Director of Sales and Operations Planning at U.S. Steel and Lydall.

Jim earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
