Mr. Marrodan specializes in senior executive-level assignments and leadership solutions for both local and international clients across the Industrial, Infrastructure and Technology sectors, with a particular knowledge and experience in Digital Transformation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr.Marrodan worked for a major global executive search firm for over five years, where he established a strong reputation of building consultative relationships with his clients and delivering high quality customer service.

Before his search career, Mr. Marrodan founded his own technology and strategy consulting company. Before that, he spent three years with Codere, an international gaming company where he was Business Development Director. Earlier in his career he was a Strategy Consultant with Monitor where he spent six years working with a host of clients in various industries, including energy, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecoms. He began his career with Euroestudios, an engineering consultancy.

Mr. Marrodan holds a degree in Civil Engineering with double concentration (Transportation & Structures) from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, and an Advanced Management Program (PDG) from IESE Business School.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.
