Jeremy is a Senior Client Partner in Organization Strategy who focuses on helping clients to unlock the full potential of digital transformation and the promise of the AI Age through their people. 

With more than 20 years’ experience working with organizations to deliver transformational change, Jeremy helps clients to re-imagine the impact of transformative technologies on their business, deliver effective change and sustain competitive advantage through an innovative culture. Intuitive and insatiably curious, Jeremy thrives at the intersection of strategy, people and technology, working collegiately with leaders at all levels to tackle seemingly intractable challenges, especially within highly-regulated industries such as defence, national security and aerospace.

Prior to working at Korn Ferry, Jeremy spent 7 years immersed at the forefront of the cloud, data and AI revolution through digital transformation advisory and business development roles at two global software and cloud computing firms. 

Previously, he spent a number of years within the people, business transformation and talent practices of a leading multinational advisory firm where highlights included working with the C-suite a 100-year-old military service to develop an innovative culture change programme for more than 30,000 employees and leading a strategic change partnership with a government organization to ensure its people and operating model were fit for the challenges of the digital age.

Jeremy began his career as a fighter aviator, accruing experience of multinational leadership and operations at the very edge of human performance plus large-scale defence acquisition and programme delivery during his service with the Royal Air Force, US Air Force and US Navy.

Jeremy holds a first-class degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Manchester, a Master’s degree in Technology from Kingston University and an MBA from Henley Business School.
