The Head of Creative for Korn Ferry’s Culture, Change, and Communications practice, Jenna partners with leaders at the intersection of strategy and creativity- focusing on how to align an organization and unlock innovation. 

Jenna’s expertise includes articulating the vision, mission and values of an organization, aligning leadership teams on a clear and compelling message and unlocking the collective discretionary effort of teams by creating the culture where they can thrive.

At Korn Ferry Jenna has helped frame global initiatives, drive adoption and participation in programs ranging from internal academy's to adoption of a new set of behaviors or driving a culture shift from a legacy heritage to a brighter future. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Jenna worked for 25 years at the world's largest advertising agencies and PR firms- where she built creative departments and lead her agencies to award winning, breakthrough and effective work.

Jenna was proud to serve on A-B InBev's Global Creative Board serving as an internal review the marketing work that is so crucial to the company's strategic and commercial success.

Jenna has lived and worked in London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, NY and Richmond (VA) so she brings a strong knowledge of global work forces and understand the complexity of both HQ driven initiatives and local office needs.
