As a specialist in change, culture and leadership, Jay brings the unique ability to see technology, operating models and transformation through the lens of human experience. Over the past twenty-two years, Jay has been helping leaders lead their businesses successfully by being agile in the face of rapid change such as disruptive technologies and changing employee and social expectations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jay worked at global ‘Big 4’ and other consulting firms where he was part of the leadership team for Human Centric Change. In this role, Jay helped clients achieve business benefits from their transformation initiatives by coaching leaders; helping craft compelling narratives for change; building “viral” peer influence networks and driving adoption of new technologies and operating models.
Jay also held lead roles in building talent and development of new change-leadership related service offerings.
Prior to this, Jay worked with a global technology consulting company for fifteen years, where he held various leadership roles including the Organisational Change Consulting leader for EMEA, global lead for Cross-culture coaching and Technology Adoption lead for key global accounts.
Jay holds a first-class degree in Engineering from Bangalore, India, is an accredited practitioner of psychometric tools such as the MBTI® and Belbin Team roles® and a qualified coach (he has coached for the British Olympic Association, St. Mary Magdalene Academy and the 30% Club among others).
