Jason has 20+ years of Leadership and strategic operations experience. He has led teams all over the world, in highly fluid and dynamic operational environments. He has worked with the highest levels of industry and government, leading global transformations, enterprise services implementation, and other strategic initiatives in the world's largest companies and government agencies. He has served as a VP of HR for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific, an organization of 94,000 Marines and Sailors.

Jason is business oriented and driven by client value creation and ROI. He is pragmatic and direct in his approach to delivering efficient and effective results.

Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a Master's in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

He has also received training in Design Thinking from IDEO at University of St. Gallen Switzerland and attended numerous professional courses in strategy, operations, tactics, leadership and global operational planning from The United States Department of Defense, the United States Marine Corps, and U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command. He is a native English speaker and understands intermediate level Danish.

He is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Korn Ferry Assess Leadership Solution, KF Potential, KF Styles and Climate, KF360 and various other tools and solutions the firms offers to clients.
