With a career spanning over 15 years in executive search, Jane leads high-impact executive search engagements with concentration in governance and general management (board of directors, CEO, senior operating leaders) and technical leadership (CTO, CDAO, CPO, CISO). She focuses on emerging technologies that have significant impact on enterprises across market sectors, reflecting her versatility and depth of industry knowledge.

Jane also advises large-scale public-private sector partnerships in all areas related to executive talent. Her work is particularly noteworthy with governing bodies and boards of directors, helping shape and guide cross-sector initiatives and collaboration at the forefront technological evolution.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Jane was an executive search principal with another publicly traded executive search firm dedicated to the technology industry. Before executive search, she was a member of the technology consulting services division at Thomson Reuters Corporation.
