Mr. Bywater is at his best combining psychology, business insight and some pragmatic common sense into his solutions and has worked with leading organisations worldwide. Prior to joining Korn Ferry James worked as Head Psychologist and VP Global Consulting in CEB/ SHL and also as Consulting Director in Human Factors International.

Mr. Bywater has particular expertise in psychological assessment, performance management, competency frameworks and job design. He also has extensive experience of management development, including building leadership frameworks, designing and implementing development centres and assessing/ coaching for leaders/ high potentials.

Mr. Bywater has presented and published worldwide on Best Practice and emerging issues in all of these fields.

Mr. Bywater has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from London and an MBA from Aston Business School.
