James believes passionately in the role of learning in helping people realise their full potential, and in the enormous opportunity for organizations and their leaders to improve performance through a more human-centric approach.

With over 20 years’ international experience working with over 50 organizations, he has a track record of helping organizations modernise their approaches to learning, in complex and challenging environments. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was Head of Learning and Performance Innovation for a leading advisory firm, providing global digital-first learning solutions. He has led leadership programmes from conception through to delivery across a range of industries including Finance Services, Industrial and Public Sector – the most recent of which has been shortlisted for 3 learning awards in 2022, in the categories of learning innovation and learning technology.

His work has been recognised by the Learning and Performance Institute and International Visual Communication Association. He recently completed his first book, which presents a new paradigm for leadership and learning through a conscious-first approach. He is a certified coach, and careful leader.
