Mr. Maxwell-Grant has a background of twenty years in human capital and organisational consulting working with Fortune 500 companies in the UK and globally working across sectors (FS, Energy, Life Sciences, Consumer and others).

Mr. Maxwell-Grant has worked on a range of consulting projects: purpose driven leadership and creating purpose driven agile organisations, operating model and org design, talent strategy, leadership strategy, leadership and executive development, strategic talent alignment, culture change, succession planning, organisation effectiveness, integrated talent management, and executive coaching programmes.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Maxwell-Grant was a senior manager with a Tier 1 consulting firm, where he was a member of the Human Capital Strategy global leadership team and the organisation design lead for EMEA.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Maxwell-Grant worked as a broker in a leading global risk transfer firm and as an area manager in the fundraising arm of a national children's charity.

He is qualified at Level A and B with the British Psychological Society and certified in a wide range of psychometrics including many beyond the Korn Ferry suite: Hogan, OPQ, Wave, 16PF, FIRO-B, , and MBTI, amongst others. 

Mr. Maxwell-Grant holds certificates in executive coaching, occupational psychology and a bachelor of arts degree in business studies.
