He works across a variety of industries and has deep expertise in healthcare, higher education, technology, and financial services industries.

Previously, Jaime was vice president of Professional Development Services for Apollo Education Group, where he was responsible for leading client engagement and delivery of the company’s healthcare programs and services offerings. He worked directly with large healthcare client organizations to assess their challenges and develop executive leadership development initiatives that aligned with their business strategy and goals.

Jaime has extensive experience in designing and deploying executive development programs. As an executive coach, he works with clients by delivering proven talent development methods that align with their business strategy.

Jaime has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University, a master of science degree in management with a concentration in leadership from Purdue Global University, and graduate studies in international business from Nova Southeastern University. He recently completed a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a focus on healthcare leadership.
