Mr. Oterino has more than twenty years of search experience and has successfully completed engagements across the full breadth of the Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, consumer health, generics, animal health) and consumer industry (food, beverages, agribusiness, consumer products).

He also leads the Family-Owned Business Practice, where he has recruited C-Suite roles and has worked for the Boardroom, showing a unique understanding of their talent needs and culture.

In addition, he has an extended experience working with Private Equity backed companies where he has recruited C-Suite and Board members that proved to successfully achieve the value creation plan.

His client base ranges from major multinational and local companies to mid-sized and start-up organizations

With strong focus on senior management projects, he has contributed to transforming leadership teams. Mr. Oterino has established strong reputation for building long-term trustful relationships while advising his clients.

In his role as Country Chairman for Korn Ferry, he is helping organizations to exceed their potential through people building a leading organizational consulting firm and a top talented company in Spain.

Mr. Oterino holds an Advanced Management Program by Harvard Business School, an Advanced Management Program by IESE and a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Johannes Gutenberg Universität in Mainz.
