Ms. Büyükbeşe helps organizations define and implement their people strategy. She has concrete experience in supporting clients in organization and people solutions.
She works as an Assessment Expert delivering top level assessment centers and providing coaching for psychometric inventories. She supports her clients as group facilitator, delivering leadership and culture development programs across all organizational levels.
After working as project leader at Korn Ferry, she transferred to Vodafone as Talent Development Manager. During her 4 years experience at Vodafone, she delivered multiple responsibilities including Employer Branding, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Experience and Business Manager to CHRO.
She joined back to Korn Ferry in 2023 as Principal and Solution Leader of Assessment and Succession Practice.
Ms. Büyükbeşe has graduated from German Highschool and holds her Bachelors degree in Psychology at Boğaziçi University.
She holds her MBA degree from Koç University and completed Organizational Leadership Program at Yale University.
She has completed Group Coaching Training program (ORSC) and is an accredited Gestalt Coach.
