She is a strategic-minded, results-driven, creative, authentic, and analytical thinker. She enjoys creating trustful relationships with her stakeholders and safe working atmospheres where communication, trust, knowledge and fun create the ground for delivering results.

Iria has led international teams with diverse backgrounds and seniorities. Having held global roles and worked with direct reports across many countries, Iria brings a global approach to working seamlessly across borders. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Iria spent +22 years at various leading professional services firms, including Oliver Wyman. Iria has led the integration and built global knowledge management and research functions and teams multiple times as a result of various acquisitions. Her change management skills and powerful communications capabilities were critical to harness knowledge sharing and transfer to increase business competitiveness. She has designed career paths, improved operations and defined global processes increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

Iria has also held teaching roles, as Oliver Wyman Faculty, as Associate Professor at Universitat de Barcelona and as SME Professor at National Library Association of Catalunya.

Iria holds a bachelor’s degree in Library Science and a Masters Degree in Knowledge Management from Universitat de Barcelona, as well as a Business Process Management certification by Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya. Iria is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
