Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Hyuna was a Principal at Mercer SG & Mercer HK, Head of Rewards at Towers Watson in SG and KR, Associate at McKinsey Seoul Office, Research Fellow at Productivity & Quality Research Center at the National University of Singapore and worked for POSCO Research Institute as BPR consultant.

Ms. Choi holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master of Science in management information system and BSc in industrial engineering from POSTECH.
