Hugh specializes in placing consulting and technology services executives into general management and commercial leadership roles, particularly in the Data & AI space. He has placed dozens of CEOs, Partners, and Vice Presidents into large private partnerships and Fortune 500 firms, as well as mid-cap Private Equity-backed companies in the management consulting and technology services markets.

Hugh is Korn Ferry’s leading expert in the Data & AI services market, and is a member of the AI Practice. He is also the primary author of Korn Ferry’s annual Professional Services Industry Outlook report, which details how leaders across the industry are anticipating major trends in the year ahead.

Hugh is an Executive Recruiter in Residence with Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Hugh was an Associate with an AI-enabled risk consultancy, where he served Private Equity & Investment Banking clients. He is based in the Washington, DC area, but originally hails from Montana and is an avid outdoorsman.

Hugh holds an M.S. in Business Analytics from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and an A.B. from Georgetown University.
