Mr. Douglas has a solid background and extensive experience as a recruiter and line manager. He serves national and international clients ranging from medium-sized businesses to companies of global reach in the industrial, automotive and defence/aerospace marketplaces.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Douglas was a partner and co-leader of the global industrial practice of another international executive search firm. Prior to this role, he spent ten years as a senior director/partner with another international search firm.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Douglas had a successful international career as an executive with one of Germany's leading industrial groups. For almost two decades, he held executive and senior executive positions in Europe, South America, Australia and South-East Asia as sales manager, regional vice president sales & marketing, general manager and CEO.

Mr. Douglas is fluent in English and Spanish.
