Heidi is responsible for the delivery of high-quality psychometric and assessment services to the Executive Search community across EMEA, supporting clients with in-depth analysis and interpretation of assessment results as well as development-oriented coaching to candidates at executive level.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Heidi built her career in another global Advisory firm, working in Executive search as well as broader Advisory spanning C-level recruitments, Leadership Assessments, Development and Culture diagnostics.

In addition, she held a managerial responsibility as Nordic Research Director across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. 

Heidi is known for her ability to build relational depth, trust and credibility with clients as well as colleagues, always empowering and pushing for potential. 

Heidi brings a Master’s degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from University of Copenhagen and University of California Los Angeles. 

Heidi is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Solution (KFLS), Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture (KFLA), Korn Ferry Potential (KF Potential), Korn Ferry 360 Assessments (KF360) and Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (KF ESCI).

She is fluent in English and Scandinavian languages.
