Through his work, he has helped clients realize their full talent potential, structure their job and people data, optimize reward spend and motivate their people. He has deep experience in solutions such as job architecture, workforce rewards, work measurement, career structures and competency models. Mr. Hagen works across the Nordics and Europe and has led and delivered both national and global projects.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). During his education he studied for 6 months at the École Centrale de Nantes (ECN) in Nantes, France.

Prior to that he graduated from the Norwegian Army Non-Commissioned Officer School and served as a sergeant and squad leader on the Norwegian-Russian border.
