Gregor works across geographies and is recognized as a partner and advisor with organizations that face global talent and leadership challenges in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain Management & Operations. He has led executive search and consulting projects for the past 20 years across all continents and today mainly serves clients in the Americas (North & South) region.

After leading our business in Chile as Managing Partner based at our Santiago office between 2018 and 2020, Gregor is now working from our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.

Gregor is also involved with several of our global clients and manages relationships with some of the firm´s most important European- and North American-based clients by serving their needs across the Americas region.

Prior to transferring to South America, Gregor operated from Korn Ferry’s Miami office for six years.

Gregor has in-depth knowledge across industry sectors and geographies, and mainly serves the Consumer, Industrial and Life Sciences sectors. He specializes in international executive level positions across the integrated value or supply chain – sourcing, procurement/purchasing, planning/s&op, engineering, manufacturing, packaging, customer services, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gregor led the EMEA Supply Chain & Transportation practice from his native Zurich, Switzerland for another global executive search firm. He then led their Americas SCM & Ops practice based in Miami.

Gregor is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Gregor holds a degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Zurich, Switzerland.

He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
