One of the premier global recruiters in retail and luxury and the dominant consumer recruiter, Ms. Nida also conducts C-level searches in the FMCG, private equity and the media and entertainment space. She is extremely well regarded both by clients and candidates for her strategic insights and outstanding relationship skills. Based in Paris, Ms. Nida leads Korn Ferry's luxury practice. She also leads the retail practice for Asia Pacific and manages the consumer practice in Japan.

Before Korn Ferry, Ms. Nida headed Heidrick & Struggles' consumer practice for Japan and co-led the chief marketing officer practice for Asia Pacific.

Prior to executive search, Ms. Nida was vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, an Omnicom group company and the world's leading communications consultancy, where she headed the international practice for Japan. Before that, she was chief operating officer and co-founder of a business-to-business company in Tokyo and San Francisco. She started her career as a specialist in international policy for the government of Korea.

Ms. Nida holds a master's degree from Yonsei University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
