Prior to this role, Germayne was Vice President of Sales Operations, N.A. where she was responsible for leading a sales enablement team that supported new business development pursuits that aligned with recruitment solutions to elevate and advance a client's talent acquisition, talent development and business strategies.

Germayne has held other key strategic roles including Client Delivery where she was responsible for setting the strategic and operational direction with her clients, from mid-size to Fortune 500, to accelerate client partnerships. Germayne has worked in multiple industries including consumer, industrial and life sciences. She is an integral member of the North America Solutions Leadership team.

Prior to Joining Korn Ferry, Germayne was a Senior Consultant with a boutique executive search firm focusing on the recruitment and placement of Executive and Mid-Management talent in the consumer, financial services, manufacturing, publishing and telecommunication industries.

Germayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.
