Agri-Chem Sector Leader EMEA, Senior Client Partner

Géraldine is responsible for Search within the broader EMEA Industrial Practice with a focus on the Chemical and Agribusiness space.

Since 2014, Geraldine took the responsibility to develop the European Chemicals and Agribusiness practice. In this role, she is leading teams on different European Projects and is managing large accounts on an EMEA or global basis.

She is actively supporting newcomers (start-ups and scale-ups) in the agri space, helping leadership teams building effective teams.​

She is part of the Korn Ferry Global Chemical & Agribusiness practice, co-authored a white paper on “The talent strategy in the chemical industry” and partnered on the publication of the “CEFIC Mid Century Vision Molecule”. ​

She equally values competencies and attitude;  has build out a broad network in the agri and chem space and has gathered extensive experience in Recruitment, Consulting, Assessment and is familiar with volume staffing as well as global account management.

Prior to joining KornFerry, Géraldine worked for 10 years in the Manpower group as Key Account Manager and Business Unit Manager; and having an  initial experience in banking.​

Mrs. van den Brande studied Contemporary History at UCL, Belgium and did one year in Economic History at the University College of London.​

She finished an additional education in Human Resources Management at Ichec Brussels Management School. ​

She is fluent in Dutch, French and English.​
