Responsible for supporting the continued growth and expansion of Korn Ferry's global solutions business, George works closely with Korn Ferry's global leadership, account and business development teams.
George spent the majority of his career at Kenexa (now IBM) in the global talent management space, where he held various executive leadership positions. In his most recent role with the company, he was the Global Head of Life Sciences where he had P&L and staff management responsibilities.
At Kenexa, George was heavily involved in corporate development activities including the globalization of the business, the integration of over 20 acquisitions, and the Initial Public Offering in 2005. He was a key contributor to the organization's growth from 75 employees in 1996 to more than 3,000 employees at the time of the acquisition by IBM in 2013.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, George worked for Alexander Mann Solutions where he was responsible for sales across the Americas and sector leadership globally within the business and professional services industry.
George earned a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in French from Lehigh University.
