Frances is a British Business Psychologist, who supports People Strategy & Operations for some of the world's biggest brands.

An adaptable and hugely versatile consultant, Frances quickly establishes herself as a trusted thought partner for Leaders at all levels. She brings significant cross-cultural expertise to her work in Leadership & Professional Development, having advanced through a Global career in HR Leadership and Professional Services.

Frances began her career in Luxury Retail and Hospitality, before winning a place on the Leadership Graduate Program for the world’s biggest Hotel brand, where she specialized in Sales, Revenue, and Human Resources. After multiple promotions, Frances concluded her industry career as HR Manager and Leadership Team Member for one of the Organization’s key revenue drivers for EMEA.

A member of our Leadership & Professional Development Practice, Frances provides Executive Coaching and Psychometric Assessment Debriefs for High Potentials through to C-level Individuals and their Teams. She additionally supports our Organizational Strategy and Assessment & Succession practices and regularly contributes to Korn Ferry Thought Leadership via webinars and articles.

Frances has Masters’ Degrees in both Psychology, and Organizational Psychology, holds a Professional Certified Coach Credential with the International Coaching Federation, and has certifications in Project Management, and DE&I in the Workplace.

A former accredited member of the British Psychological Society, Frances has completed and published research on Employee Engagement, Psychometric Assessment, and Organizational Culture, which was awarded a BPS Postgraduate Commendation.
