Frances Prenn is Vice Chair of Korn Ferry UK and Chair of UK Government and Public Services and based in the firm’s London office. She leads the team delivering within Cabinet Office, central government, the Ministry of Defence and local public services.
Frances spearheads Korn Ferry's Elevate series, a forum that convenes senior business leaders and experts to explore innovative perspectives and engage in discussions to address today’s most pressing leadership issues.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Frances has over 25 years’ experience advising both public and not for profit clients, in public and private funding partnerships. She has built and enhanced connections between charities, the arts, public service and philanthropists across the Atlantic. She is a leading Philanthropy Advisor to families and foundations in the UK and US.
During Frances' early career she served in the White House under the Reagan administration and was an advisor to the Treasurers of the Conservative Party during three general elections.
Frances currently holds key positions as a Trustee of Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, an Advisor to the McCain Institute of Arizona State University, an Advisor to the Apolitical Academy and an Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute. She formerly chaired KIDS and served as a Trustee for Children in Crisis, now Street Child.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics and art history from Wheaton College, Massachusetts.
