Bringing over twenty years experience in executive search to the Firm, Ms. Vickers has been an active and recognized force in the digital world since 1996. Her most recent experience, prior to joining the Firm, was leading the global Media, Entertainment and Digital practice for another of the world's top five executive search consultancies.

Ms Vickers focuses on CEO/C-level and non-executive board appointments at local, regional and international level. Her experience covers digital transformation across all sectors from media and entertainment to financial services and utilities. Pureplay clients also cover most industries and range from global digital brands to PE backed businesses and start-ups.

Working at the intersection of consumer and technology Ms. Vickers has particular expertise in global and pan-European assignments and assisting companies in the process of establishing and expanding their European organizations.

Ms. Vickers sits on the Advisory Board of the largest full-service Mobile Solutions company in the world. She also speaks fluent French and some German.
